隠蔽処理ガイドライン / Censorship Guidelines


* 隠蔽処理について
  - モザイク処理による隠蔽の場合
    - 平方モザイクかつ、(画像の長辺 / 100)px または 4px のいずれか大きい方
  - ベタ塗り・別の絵柄などによる隠蔽の場合
    - 隠蔽処理が必要な部分にすべて行う。ただし、一部の処理により結果として不明瞭になる場合はこの限りではない
    - 処理が施されていても、透過により細部が明瞭になっているものは隠蔽に含まれない

* 隠蔽処理を必要とする箇所
  - 露出した男性器・女性器 (性器には陰嚢・外陰部を含む)
  - 性器結合部位及び挿入部位
  - アヌス結合部位及び挿入部位

* About Censorship
  - The following are guidelines on using pixelization:
    - Length of each side needs (longer dimension of image / 100)px or 4px, whichever is bigger.
  - The following are guidelines on using obfuscation:
    - The obfuscation is meant to include all parts which need to be obfuscated, but it may include others as a result.
    - Transparent obfuscation through which detail can be seen does not count as censorship.

* Parts which may need to be censored
  - Genitalia (incl. scrotum, pudendum).
  - The area where genitalia penetrate or contact other genitalia.
  - The area where genitalia penetrate or contact the anus.
